Holiday Apartment

Our attractive self contained holiday apartment has plenty of room for you and your family or friends to enjoy a wonderful stay. It has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a single bed and one with a king bed and single. There is a single bed in the lounge. A porta-cot and highchair are also available. There is a lounge and dining area with a comfortable lounge suite and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, hob, oven, toasted sandwich maker, toaster and electric jug. From the expansive decks there are impressive views of our farm and the Waikato Countryside. You can also enjoy a private BBQ, and make use of the outdoor table and chairs.

Apartment Facilities

Our apartment has two bedrooms one containing a King and a single and the other a Queen and a single bed. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. There is also a single bed in the lounge. There is Sky TV and WiFi. The convenient kitchen facilities enable you to be able to prepare your own meals if you wish.

Studio Unit

Our studio unit is a great sun catcher and a quiet rural retreat.. It contains a comfortable queen bed, single bed, leather couch, a kitchen with granite benches and dining table, plus outside furniture. It is in a different location on the farm from the apartment, and enjoys it's own outdoor living area and garden, plus different views of the surrounding farmland and Sanctuary Mountain. A light continental breakfast is included in our price - we leave supplies for you to help yourself to. During your stay you may wish to explore the many attractions of the Cambridge and Karapiro region.

Studio Facilities

Our studio unit has a full modern kitchen, full oven, Queen bed, lovely leather furniture, Sky TV and Wifi are available in this unit. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron.

Facilities

Both the apartment and the studio unit have wonderful views of our farm and surrounding Waikato Countryside, including Mt Maungatautari, (the apartment from our expansive decks). You can relax on the deck, observing the beautiful scenery, and enjoy a private BBQ. Your hosts, David and Shona are there to help you to experience a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The farm is a working farm, raising dairy replacements for farmers. We have some lovely gardens and you are welcome to wander around them.
